    I bought this printer primarily for printing photos at home. So far, I've printed some 4x6s and 8.5x11 prints, and am VERY pleased! I usually get my prints done at Costco, and printed some duplicates to compare them. The Canon prints were almost identical, with very vivid colors and great details. There was only a slight difference in color, and I couldn't really decide which I preferred with the sample. Probably need to pick some different samples. I used Canon Photo Glossy II paper, and the quality is fantastic.Printing is very easy. You can open the software and select your photos, or you can right click on a photo in your library (Windows OS), and print straight from there. Naturally, there are adjustments to fiddle with if you want. The printer software has its own correction options, which I'm thinking I don't like so much. The "face correcting" seems to add a reddish hue to my images, but maybe I haven't investigated this feature enough. For best results, make sure to select "High Quality" in the options before clicking the button...if you print after the initial setup, it defaults to a medium quality setting.I also like the HD movie capture. My Canon S95 only captures 720p video, but with the included software, any pixelation is removed. A pretty cool feature if you aren't able to get a still image during an event.Overall, I am extremely pleased. This low cost printer produces lab quality prints very easy and quickly.
