    I have tried several webcams--most of them were Logitech models. This Microsoft webcam beats everything else hands down! The video is far crisper, and the colors are more vivid and natural than any of the Logitech models I've tried. And the built-in microphone is very sensitive with full fidelity. The installation was a dream come true. I plugged the webcam into a USB port, and it took over from there. The computer went out to the web and got the right driver and other software, and installed it with no involvement on my part. Too bad other devices can't/don't do the same thing; I'm liking this! Also, motion was very smooth with this webcam, unlike others I've tried.

    This little cam has good clarity and immediately started downloading the drivers once it was plugged in. (Using win 7 64 bit). But be careful..it will also try to download a older driver also..I advise if you get a windows update error code to find out what the code means before you try to force it on the camera. Otherwise..a very good little camera for just a few bucks!
