I find that some maple syrups that I purchased previously from store shelves either contained corn syrup or had very little maple flavoring added...some were artificially flavored. Most of the real maple syrups were overpriced.
This is REAL maple syrup with a lot of flavor.
Someone previously had commented on one brand of maple syrup that was labeled "Product of USA and Canada". This one has that label but there is nothing wrong with the maple sap coming from Canadian trees, is there? Perhaps the trees in Canada probably receive less pollutants in the air that US trees. At least it's NOT another product labeled "Made in China"!
I purchased 2 other syrups from Vermont that I haven't tried yet...I will post reviews when I do.
The only negative thing I found with this brand is that I didn't find a single 16 oz. and had to get the 2 pack. But if you like maple syrup like I do, it won't be a problem as long as it tastes good.

The only downside to this maple syrup is that you can find similar quality maple syrup for less at your local Target or grocery store. I was able to purchase this using a coupon and have enjoyed it immensely. I definitely prefer Grade A over the stuff I find locally and at my local grocery store, this brand of syrup is easily $25 a bottle. It goes great with pancakes and waffles and if you don't use too much at a time, it lasts forever. You don't need more than a dribble of this syrup to really enjoy the flavor of it.
