This piece is definitely a game changer for comfort and organization. The price is wonderful although one of the legs had trouble screwing on. Note that this ottoman is probably a bit shorter than most couches. Measure your couch/chair and compare with the specs. If you're fine without a flush level between your couch and the ottoman, do get this!

This is a good item, the color is a dark brown and the inside of the ottoman is spacious. It was very easy to put together. It's worth exactly what you paid for it. However, I had to purchase this item twice and I can't even write a seller review for the seller because I bought two products from them and amazon only lets you review them once. Mohsya sent me the wrong item, it weighs over 60 pounds, and they expected me to return it. Mind you, I live in a small apartment building and I don't know how to drive. I tried desperately to contact them to have them schedule a pickup with me, they scheduled their own pickup and I wasn't home to answer the door (I work for a living, I do not stay at home during the day). Amazon.com also could not help me out with them. So buyer beware, stay away from Moshya furnishing. What a disastrous experience buying something from them.

This was a darker color than I had expected but with the legs being the rich cherry color, which is the color of all our furniture it really looks great in our home. I love that when you open it, it holds it self up and shuts very easily, which with a one year old it's nice to know she won't get hurt when she puts her fingers in there when we go to close it. It turned out to be deep inside. Plenty of room for blankets and a few toys. The shipping was fast and it was cool that it was free shipping. Definitely would recommend this to anyone as well as I will be buying from this buyer again!

I purchased this ottoman to store my son's toys and it arrived with a split seam. I contacted the seller to get instructions on returning the ottoman and obtaining a refund, and I was informed to simply return the ottoman with a tracking number. I took it to the local post office and a local pack and ship and was quoted $95-$109 just to ship this item back. The ottoman itself was only $74 plus $31 for shipping! I contacted the seller again and requested a prepaid shipping label. I received no response. I filed a claim via Amazon's A-Z Guarantee and received a response that I need to return the item for a refund. This is the biggest scam. I ended up returning it and paying the $95 in shipping and I expect a full refund of both the ottoman, original shipping and the return shipping. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company since E Home Products doesn't want to help me. Make sure you REALLY want this ottoman before you purchase because it will cost you more than the item to return it. It is subpar quality and really small. We found a better and bigger one at TJMaxx and LOVE it. We will NEVER purchase from E Home Products again and if Amazon does not resolve our dispute, we will question future purchases from Amazon as well.

This arrived within a week of ordering and the box was in perfect condition. Upon opening the box I found the lid was broken off. The hinges were ripped out of the lower section of the ottoman. The wood it screwed into was broken at one hinge the other was simply ripped out. The vinyl was also torn but localized under and near the hinge. Quality control is obviously an issue. Instead of going through the hassle of trying to return I chose to glue the wood back together and use longer screws to bite into fresh wood.

Overall it looks decent on the outside. The inside doesnt look so good but not really concerned with that. I was actually more disappointed to find the legs that came with it were short when compared to the proportions of the ones in the photo. The overall height ended up being just under 14" instead of the 15 1/2" advertised guessing due to the stubby legs.

Took a chance based on the review and I am so glad I bought this piece. Wanted something soft because we have a now mobile 11 month old. The faux leather looks good, color food as described. Product came in perfect condition other than a hole in shipping box but it thankfully had no damage to ottoman. Hinge lid works great its smooth up and down and seems solid. Ottoman shipped fast, it arrived 6 days ahead of estimated ship date!!!!! Overall I am extremely happy with product. Actual Dimensions are 28x28x15.5, so it is shorter then listed in product description.

I really like my new storage ottoman. We were wanting to replace our older one because it didn't have storage and it was heavy to move. This ottoman is very light and has lots of storage for throws and small pillows. It fits right in with our dark, brown couch. The only drawback is that because it is so light it moves a little too much. Also when we received it, one side was not attached and it would not close properly. So being the handy person that I am, I put nails in the slots and fixed it myself! I would recommend it because it is adds to our room, stores several items, and is easily moved.

Loved the style of this and shape and color. received it very prompt and quick. However. extremely disappointed the lid is placed on crooked. a stitch is loose on top and makes it look cheap, and a leg was loose and twists.
