    This set is a lovely addition to the Lalaloopsy family. Each doll is well made and very cute, as are their features, outfits, and corresponding pets. IMO, these make great special occassion gifts. For those not familiar with Lalaloopsy dolls, they are are made completely of hard plastic, have poseable limbs, and lots of accessories are available for them such as furniture and extra outfits. The only "negative" is their large heavy heads, though my 6 year old daughter has never complained about that and just adores them. These are super girly and I definitely recommend for kids who love dolls, as well as for those who love collector dolls.

    This is my first set of lala's. I got them for my litle one shes happy with them, plenty of imaginative play, loooves the unicorn and dragon. If it was up to me i would have gotten her Pix e flutters, who i just loove but she wanted this one because she likes the "boy one" and since you cant get them seperately i was tied into both. Heads could stand to be lighter. get em both outta the box in under 10 mintues! Ha! ive had plenty of practice with my nieces lala collection. the box is soo pretty too. I may be tempeted to buy another 2, but then no more! lol
    Oh yea, shipping took super long so not happy on that aspect.

    My daughter received these as a Christmas gift after begging for a Lalaloopsy Doll all year. Once she opened the box we spent about ten minutes extracting them form their rubber-band and wire prison. Once we had them out you could really see how truly awful they are...giant, very heavy, very hard heads and a hard, skinny body that is completely unable to support it's cannonball-like cranium. Forget setting these things up in a chair or anywhere else for that matter. Even the included 'pets' that look sewn are hard plastic things. Their legs are forever turned pigeon-toed and swing awkwardly.

    I was very disappointed in these monstrosities....My daughter LOVES them. And that is why I have given them this amount of stars. That is the only reason.

    Honestly, I wonder if my daughter really, truly likes them or not. I wonder if she is not also disappointed, but doesn't want to show it since she made such a fuss about wanted them. I guess time will tell. She has had them for about two weeks now and has been carrying them around with her pretty regularly so we'll see if her interest lasts.

    I was so disappointed in these. They look so cute online, and they say they're "rag dolls that magically came to life." But they have hard plastic bodies (think bloated Barbie) with heavy weapon-weight heads. They aren't loveable, they can't sit at a tea party, and they just aren't fun to play with. My four-year-old boy-girl twins, who wanted these more than anything, discarded them as soon as they were unboxed. They don't play with them and won't have them in their beds at night -- and who can blame them? These things could leave bruises!

    If you are a fan of the Lalaloopsy line, this set is great. It comes packaged in a very sweet case. The dolls are well made and pretty cute. Each of the pets they come with are also super cute. The dolls have nice outfits too. My granddaughter loves them and sleeps with the pink one when she goes to bed. Practically speaking, I thought they were kind of top heavy and seemed boring to play with, but I'm a grandma so what do I know? She is 4 and was totally thrilled with them. The one thing I could mention is that the shoes come off very easily so if you are buying this for a young child, you may want to keep an eye on the shoes. If you are buying this as a gift, especially for a little girl, you will get a good reaction.
