dont buy this. it wont even boot up on your computer because it isw trying to open a site that doesnt exist anymore, so it's corrupt. there is only one way to fix it, which you dont even need to buy the game because you can email inixile entertainment and they will send you a download link for the fixed game. but when you go to save tracks in freestyle, they wont save. so there is the hard truth, rate helpful so you dont waste money like i did
Every time I install it works fine but when I want to play it, it says I need to connect to internet. My internet works but the there's a message that keeps popping up saying "internet connection unavailable". My internet works, its the game that isn't letting me play. I'm returning my purchase since it doesn't work! I don't understand why I need to be connected to the internet just to make lines in a pc game.
Line Rider 2: Unbound i started linerider before it was even known to the world, i been with it till the end what i can say is that from how it use to be till how it is now has been a grate improvement i like this game and bought it the first day it was relesed and i still play it it does take some time to get used to it but after you unlock everything it is well worth it so play this game till you get bored and then play it some more ^^
My son is totally nuts about line rider and has been waiting eagerly to get his hands on the PC game. It was a major disappointment when we found out that you needed internet access to install the software, which given that we had just moved to Tanzania was not available at home. Hence, I installed it at work. The software took a long time to install and note that the offline version does not have that many options as the online version.
In addition, when my son came to the office to also play with the online options the software crashed. He could not get the program to work anymore and we did what, I guess, every person will do, we uninstalled and then re-installed the software. Here comes the major disappointment, we typed in the special green code that is to unlock the program and it stated that this code was already in use and hence the program would now not work at all anymore. Not very professional and we hope that the upcoming Wii version will not have these annoying shortcomings.
I am very disappointed in this program. I bought it for my son who loves Line Rider both on the internet and on the DS. But, he couldn't get it to load on his computer, and now he can't install it on any other computer because the code can't be used again. [...]
This game is a lot of fun. Ordered it for PC. Know it is an older game, but works on both XP and Windows 7. Initially had installation problems, due to an internet connection "error". Discovered it wasn't explicit in the error. Contacted inXile Entertainment Support page and was given a link to a fixed version. The error was "No internet connection can be found", which was not true or accurate; real problem was that it was attempting to connect to a company site that no longer existed. inXile Entertainment Support was quick and helpful. We installed and played easily.
