last week i bought a Set of toy, it's name is Revell Spin Drive Turbo loop Slot Car Set. After 2 days of playing, the spare part of the car was broken. so i want to order the spare part of the car. The name is Guide Blade ( it is used to connect electric from the track to the car ) Pls reply me to my email , my email is Nha9bkhoiviet@yahoo.com Thank you very much
Don't waste your time or money on this race track. Poor, poor quality! I was excited to give it to my nephew for Christmas, but was very disappointed in the whole experience. For starters, the track was a big challenge to set up. I consider myself a very mechanically inclined man, and it took my father and I over 3 hours to set the dumb thing up. It turns out, the directions for setting it up were incorrect...the loop sections are incorrectly labeled and won't go together like it says on the directions. You have to improvise and piece it together the opposite of what they say. Once finally together, it was very inconsistent in running and the cars didn't run the way they were supposed to. Not fun at all. Don't buy this product!
December 2011- purchased as a gift. Took five people F-I-V-E people to put this thing together. The track pieces do not stay together well, we actually had to snip off one of the connecting pieces off one of the track pieces to finally make it all fit together. This was like a "reject" set as far as I am concerned. We managed to make it work, but it doesn't work very well. Cannot figure out why it will work for a lap, possibly 2, but then not work. It was cheap - and I'm pretty sure it was a factory reject because the track pieces didn't line up correctly with out our modification.
Bought this for my son for Christmas. Works but not fantastically. It wasn't too difficult to assemble but it was difficult to disassemble and we ended up breaking some pieces. It was fun for a couple weeks after Christmas but we ended up giving it away.

I found two of these sets at a local grocery/department store on the clearance racks. I decided it would be a great buy for my son who is on the autistic spectrum and could use some tuning of his fine and gross motor skills. Putting it together really was frustrating, and I'm on the higher end of solving problems like these. I came to find out also that there were three of one specific part of the loop base (Part Q) and only one of the other part (Part R), and this had led to the most confusion initially. I completely set up one track and loop of the set, and have been running on that for now. I called Revell today and they seemed more than happy to send me a replacement part, no questions asked. My son couldn't wait to try the track out once I had one loop set up. He was able to get it to go, but got discouraged and gave the controller back to me because he couldn't get it to go as fast as I could. I will be persistent and patient with this; I'm sure he can do it eventually. I have had no trouble getting the car to complete the loop, as other have complained. I do already feel a slight little knock in the controller as if a gear tooth has been broken, but I blame this on myself for getting a little forceful with it on a couple occasions. It still runs great. I am already planning on stopping by the store today to see if the other track is still there, as the price has been marked down substantially to less than $20. Additional cars, individual track pieces, and even replacement controllers are available at the Tower Hobbies website and they are not very expensive at all.
This is a great toy for kids because they can have hours of fun without using electric of any kind. They don't run on batteries or plug into the wall. Instead, they are powered by a hand crank.
I opened this race set Easter Morning for my 6 year old grandson, and it did not work. After reading all of the reviews, it is garbage and I should never purchased it. How can Amazon have a supplier on their Web Site with this type of poor quality product. I am Amazon Prime, and I am an above average Amazon Customer. I returned this item on April 2nd, and they signed for it on April 5th, and I have never received credit. I contact them, they make excuse's, but don't give the credit, that is due. Amazon, please get involved. If they won't give me credit, then you should give me credit. I purchased this through Amazon Because I trust Amazon.
I love the idea behind this slot car set. Instead of needing batteries or a plug, you create the electricity by cranking the handles on little generators. The problem is small children cannot turn the handles as fast as needed to make it around the loop. Another issue is that children would never be able to assemble this track on their own. We had to return this item because one of the cars stopped working after only about 15 minutes of use. I didn't replace the item because I didn't feel the quality was there and because of the above mentioned issues. It's a shame because I had really high hopes for this. I would recommend staying away from this product. I would have gladly paid double the retail selling price if they made this a quality product and a little easier for kids to use.
