    My daughter likes dressup games and this game gives her the ability to create her own designs.The possibilities are limitless.     i remember before i bought this, i kinda laughed at the reviews of people complaining that their children had gotten this and found it kind of difficult to play, thinking “how hard could it be.” its not rocket science. but honestly, as an adult with an entire frontal lobe, i too struggle to keep up with all the things this game wants you to keep in mind in order to succeed. it almost feels like a second job and i’ve kinda avoided playing it because of how many moving parts you got to invest. so in that sense i will say it’s probably a bit realistic to the real job of fashion and it’s rewarding when you do succeed, but you will definitely fail first. this is not the game to play if you want a cute little time to sit back and enjoy simulating fashion when you have downtime. you will be WORKING lol. consider this a new hobby you’re devoting several hours to at a time in order to understand how to crack the code. i also kinda dislike the fact you have to stay on trend all the time which takes away from the fun expression you look forward to. and they kinda leave it up to you to discover certain clues or find hints in order to move up, but it can be discouraging when you have to fit in their box to get anywhere. art imitating life, i guess.

    I bought this game for my 10 year old daughter for christmas to go with her new DSI. She can't even begin to play it. As she says, "I don't really get it?" She can only get so far into the game then it is too complicated. She is a very bright girl, so for her to not get this is a very good indication that this game is not very intuitive. She is very disappointed, as this was the only game we got her to begin with. She loves fashion design and from the other reviews, I thought this was a good pick. We are hoping her 17 year old brother, home from college, will be able to help her along.

    I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who is totally into fashion and makeup and she LOVES it. She got it for Christmas and since she charged her new DSi, opened the game I haven't seen much of her, unless she's coming out of her room to tell me something exciting achievement she hit. I, personally, have not played it, but according to her, its the best game EVER!

However on a long drive she decided to give it another try and was glad she did. She now finds it fascinating and loves doing fashion shows and enjoys the business aspect of it...checking on sales in different regions etc.
