My husband got me the earrings and matching pendant. The earrings looked lovely.But recently on of the "stones" fell out of the setting. The stone actually appears to be plastic. There is no way to repair it.
I was ordering Christmas presents for my family and friends on Amazon when I came across these earrings and decided to order them as a Christmas present to myself. I did not read any of the reviews because it was love at first sight and I just ordered them right away since I wanted them so badly. I definitely should have read the reviews though. I received them two days ago and I was impressed with the packaging of the earrings. The earrings come in their own cardboard blue box and they were placed inside a blue pouch that had two pockets, one for each earring, to prevent the earrings from rubbing up against each other and getting damaged. However, the earrings were a lot smaller than I thought. I should have read the description as they are the size indicated by Amazon. The color is a true red which I do love and depending on the light the red changes. The earrings are great for this Holiday Season and can be worn with office and everyday clothing, as well with formal wear. I did expect the earrings to be tear-drop shape all around, but they are flat in the back (as mentioned in some of the reviews). Anyway, I do love the earrings and I am given them a four because they are very lovely and elegant but casual. I have showed them off and people love them, but I am disappointed that I did not get what I was expecting. Again, I should have read the description of the earrings as well as the reviews.
These are a lot lighter in weight than I expected. Not heavy at all. Color is as shown in picture. They're slightly bigger than I expected, but that's fine. They are fancy, but not too fancy. Very pretty and bright.
