I had this attache for less than 6 months until the right hinge broke. It has a 3 year warranty. BUT, unlike other companies that you just have to send photos and proof of purchase to get replaced. SAMSONITE wants you to take to a SAMSONITE store to verify that it is broke. Doesn't matter that you have to drive hours to get there and back. I have talked over and over again to their so-called Customer Service. That is a joke and got no where. Oh, and then try finding a number for their Corporate HQ. It does not exist. This multi-billion $ company will not take care of a simple $60 attache. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever had in all my 60 years. DO NOT GET CAUGHT WHERE I AM. BUY SOMEONE ELSE ATTACHE'.
