Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Kup has been one of my favorite characters since his introduction in, what I consider, the ONLY 'Transformers' movie. Despite the figure being primarily plastic, to me it's one of the most faithful productions of a Transformers character. Transformation is easy and his vehicle form is pays tribute to the futuristic truck I still wish I could purchase. I also feel the head sculpt really captures the idea of the grizzled veteran who has seen far too much over his life cycle. And the idea of the "laser musket" harkens back to an older idea of warfare where precision and the idea of the rifleman once held sway, as opposed to the mantra of giving a soldier an automatic rifle that can spew thirty rounds as soon as the trigger is pulled.
I definitely recommend this as a purchase for any collector of these figures and, most especially, for any fans of the character.
They did a great job with reviving and refreshing Kup. Though, I'd still prefer to have the original, this one makes up for my lack of owning the original. I love the colors and the face. And that rifle...very nice.
Since I'm a collector and will not open this up anytime soon, I cannot comment on the transformation of this toy. But it does display very well and looks great.
I haven't played with any Transformers figures, especially from the earlier generations for close to a decade, but this one was just plain fun to play with. The toys nowadays aren't built as solidly as the earlier generations so some finesse is required for them, but it doesn't detract from the fun of transforming and posing them. Kup is an amazing figure despite its simple looks and it's one of the best figures I've ever purchased, especially when considering I purchased him going only by screenshots.
WOW! IS THE WORDS FOR THIS MY GRANDSON LOVES HIS TRANSFORMER. ITS MUCH SMALLER THAN I THOUGHT. I feel that you all should not tell a person how much to write on a rating. It do not take much to say you like something
I remember transformers from when they used to be well made, sturdy toys. This toy was made of the cheapest plastic. Very junky feel and difficult for kids to "transform" and then get them back together. Looks like it will soon be broken. The color was also drab and not metallic looking like the picture. Save your money. Big rip off.
I was disappointed in his coloration. My grandson seems happy enough with him. He's a good transformer, I must say. Just his color leaves something to be desired.
