I added pictures this time. Amazon refunded me for the last order. This time i received the actual product in its original packaging labeled as you would see in a store.
The package was sturdy and it arrived intact and high quality.
The candy is fresh, its soft, its gummy, its exactly what you would expect. It tastes perfect.
I couldn't be happier!!!!!!

So this is going to be an interesting review, I'm giving a 1 Star because I have to, but if they made one correction, it would deserve 5 stars.
What I received what EXACTLY what's pictured: "a clear plastic plastic with a label"
The clear plastic bag is extremely thin and brittle. I think they had some bad manufacturing issues. When I opened my Amazon packing box, this bag was inside, wrapped loosely in Amazon paper.
The reason for the low score is because the manufacturers packaging was so thin, so brittle, that the bag itself tore in shipping.
So my package was already open. :(
The gummies were very soft, just like they should be! But I couldn't eat them for food safety reasons alone.
Note: when I picked up the bag, I picked it up by the unopened & untorn part, and the weight of the 5lb bag just tore the packaging again!
The candies were perfect! Exactly what you'd expect! The manufacturer packaging however, was too flimsy to protect it
