    When we originally received this storage ottoman we were delighted however within a short period of time the buttons started coming off. It's used as storage for a one year olds toys and books so the opening and closing of the ottoman is done by adults, and no one sits on it. I do like the divided section inside, helps to organize toys and books. Seems the buttons needed more securing.

    I was really looking forward to receiving this ottoman to use as a coffee table. When the box came, I was disappointed that it appeared one of the top cushions was shorter than the other, making for an uneven top surface. Assuming it was a result of the foam on one side getting compressed during warehousing or shipment, I set the table out hoping that the foam would return to it's original dimensions. When that did not happen, I took a harder look at the construction of the two cushions and discovered that they were completely different thichknesses - one cushion was 1/2" thicker than the other. I emailed Coaster furniture to request a replacement cushion (thinking I could match one of the two and replace it myself as the hinges and mechanisms were all attached with screws). Coaster replied asking for a part number, but the manual diagram only listed part numbers for the completed ottoman and the feet that were attached after shipment. I responded with the part number for the complete unit, then described again the problem and the part I needed. I heard nothing back from Coaster.
    Really disappointed with my uneven coffee table. I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone.

    I bought this bench to fit in a specific spot in my house. The space is 36 inches wide so this bench should fit with a little extra room. It arrived and looked good but when I tried to put it in place it didn't fit. After measuring the bench, it is actually 37 inches wide.

    According to the return policy, unless it is damaged I would have to pay to return it and also pay a 15% restocking fee. I would not recommend buying from this company.

    I needed something stylish to store shoes in, next to the front door. This bench is deep enough to hold about 10-12 pairs of shoes/boots, and is study enough for two people to sit on at once. The quality of the "faux leather" is actually rather nice. When it arrived, there were no scratches or obvious imperfections with the outside. On the inside, the center divider inside of the bench had cracked a little (I'm guessing, during transit). But that wasn't really a big deal, as I managed to right it again and it seems to work fine.

    One surprising thing is that the hinges for the bench doors are on the left & right sides, instead of being in the back. If you're buying this product to fit in a tight space, you probably won't be able to get it open. It's also not terribly easy to open, but it wouldn't look very nice with handles, so that's not really a complaint.

    Overall, I am satisfied with this product. Considering how inexpensive this is compared to other similar products, I'd say it's definitely worth it.
