Amazingly versitile and feature loaded - a must have!

Amazingly versitile and feature loaded - a must have!
I keep this light stuck to the side of my toolbox, so I always know where to find it. The uses are probably limitless. Working on pipes under the kitchen sink - this thing is great! Clamp in place, or of you have galvanized pipes or a cast iron sink, use the magnet. The clamp and magnet are really strong - either easily holds the light. Accidentally bump it? The light won't fall off. Camping? Clamp it to a tree branch or tent pole. Power failure? Stick it anywhere - it will illuminate an entire room. The beam can be changed from narrow to wide and the head swivels and pivots. You can clamp or stick the light where it works best, then swivel and rotate the light to aim where you need it. If you work in tight spaces and need light, it beats the heck out of a head lamp or sticking a small flashlight in your mouth. The light head (the part that swivels and rotates) is also rubber coated - this provides some protection and damage resistance. This is one of the few products (and I have reviewed over 500!) that should get six stars!

This is the best flashlight I've ever owned. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by woods and have pets. Often times I need to figure out why they are barking or look for a cat that didn't come home on time. This flashlight is perfect. There is a high beam mode and a regular flashlight mode. I also love the magnetic bar - being someone who misplaces things, I always find my flashlight because I keep it on the refrigerator :). I read some reviews that say the magnet is too powerful and can be bothersome but it is secured by two small screws which and can be removed. I highly recommend this to anyone.

The led light is very bright- can be used as a spotlight or flood light. When received was disappointed that the product was much smaller than expected. Flashlight was a gift for my husband & he uses it all the time. Overall great value.

Been searching for a good work light for the garage. Used to use an 18" fluorescent shop light, but wanted something more versatile and compact. Enter the Rayovac Roughneck. Very strong magnet. Heavy spring clip to attach to a 2x4 or a leaf spring undercar. The lamp can be focused very tight or very wide for a flood of light 2' in diameter from 36". The head swivels to shed your light in any direction once you have stuck it to the car or other object. 3 AA batteries keep it going. I think I'm in love!

I don't mean to be sexist, and I apologize for that, but I gave one of these to each of my sons-in-law and it was a big hit! My wife once told me that when you can't think of what to get a guy, get him a tool and he'll love it no matter what. Well, this clamps on and is a bright light, so it's a tool, and I gave it to two guys, and they loved it, and the price was right. Thanks, Honey! Great suggestion!

Very happy with the light. I keep it by the back door and use it nightly to take the dog out to the back yard. Nice and bright. The articulating feature looks like it will put the light anywhere you need it although I have not to use it to assist with a repair in a dark hard to get to location. I have used it to point the light straight down at the ground w/o having to flip the whole flashlight around in my hand.

This LED flashlight is simply over the top. It so useful. In places where I just would give up and work in low light I now am able to bring light to the operation at hand.

When other trades people see me using the flashlight, they want to get one for themselves.

Only down side is the magnet is very strong and you constatly have to clean it of screws, nails, drill bits, debris etc.

    GET ONE. YOU'LL LOVE IT!!

The clip and magnet allow the user to position the flashlight virtually anywhere. The light has two brightness levels. This is a great product! This appears to be the same flashlight that previously bore the Black & Decker brand name. Not sure what went down there, but the B&D brand is no longer available and this one appears identical.

Bought one each for my son and son-in-law and they were both thrilled. Good quality, full light and not bulky. Great product.
